Here is where we list clearance items, vendor specials and 'as removed' second hand Smart Home equipment that our engineers have removed from site usually as part of an upgrade.

All used equipment will be tested for functionality prior to despatch and will come with a 14 day return for refund warranty. As these items will generally be one offs we apologise that there can be no replacements.

As there are very few industry avenues for electrical contractors to clear out over-ordered stock left over from projects, Nous House also lists here equipment on consignment from other electrical and custom installers as a service. These on-consigment items will be noted as such in their descriptions, though will be provided and shipped by the third party directly to the client but under the same terms of 1. functionality tested OK for 2nd hand items, 2. at least 14 days refund warranty for DOA units, 3. act as agent for any remaining new item warranty that may be left and 4. will send to client by signed for insured delivery.

For noted 'On Consignment' items Nous House are merely acting as a broker for the transaction by providing an open marketplace, and can not be held liable for the warranty provision or operation of the goods purchased, as said liability is passed to the Consignor. Any transaction is between the purchaser and the consignor.
