The Clipsal Centameter has been recently discontinued and replaced by the Clipsal Ecomind Electricity Use Monitor. This unit has similar features but also new features such as PC historical data extraction and powered remote transmitter option.

The Clipsal Cent-A-Meter is a brilliant innovation that gives you the information you need to take control of your power consumption. A Clipsal Cent-A-Meter sensor is installed by a licensed electrician and fits onto the main active or phase cable at the switchboard.

The sensor measures power flow and the Transmitter Unit sends that info to the wireless hand held Receiver, you now have an instant, accurate assessment of just how much electricity you’re using and how much it’s costing you per hour.

You can view either the amps coming into your home or the kilowatts being consumed and set the alarm to sound if it exceeds your chosen level.

When you input the tariff – the price of electricity – according to your last energy bill, you can see what you’re spending on power in dollars and cents.
This display shows you the temperature and humidity within your home or office. So, if your environment is naturally comfortable, you can turn off the heaters or air conditioning. Save power, save money – help save the planet.
